➤Pelvic & Waist Massage: Place a convex yoga ring on your waist, and a concave ring on your buttocks, lift your leg and lower it down to relax your pelvis and lower back.
➤Shoulder Massage: Position the yoga ring under your armpit, with the concave side facing up, and swing your body left and right to massage your shoulder.
➤Abdominal Massage: Straighten your feet and place the concave side of the ring below your abdomen. Sway your body left and right and use your own weight to massage your abdominal muscles.
➤Back Massage: Place 2 yoga rings vertically, from your shoulder blades to your waist, with the convex side facing up. Open your arms, lift up, and fall backwards, repeating the actions.
➤Head & Neck Massage: Place your head on the convex surface of the yoga ring and sway it left and right to relax; hold the sides of the ring and press down slightly, moving your head down and up to massage your neck.
➤Back Shaping: Stretch your arms backwards, placing your palms into the yoga ring until your wrists touch the ring, with palms facing outward. Tighten your back shoulder blades and slowly stretch your neck left or right.
